Great place to learn about your camper trailer, for me I'm a first time owner and I bought an Avan A Frame second hand. What I learned about it was terrific plus a huge amount of accessories I could add to my van to make it more comfortable and safe, was a great experience. Well done girls and guys!

Brilliant service from Avan, Perth! We are travelling and had an insurance claim which required quite a lot of work. We had a week's accommodation booked so limited time frame for the repairs to be completed. Brad (Service Advisor) was extremely helpful and accommodating. He liaised with the insurance company and kept us in the loop. All repairs were completed within the week and we were able to continue our trip with no problems. Highly recommend Perth Avan for service and repairs. Brad's customer service went above and beyond our expectations.

Many thanks to Brad and his team in service. They upgraded my solar system on the caravan and I needed a system on my towing vehicle. After contacting Brad about the type of thing I was looking for he quickly made suggestions to make the most out of what I was looking and which would give me the most benefit. I now have a system that will easily run my freezer on the truck but will also plug into the caravan to boost the solar capacity when required which in turn replenishes my van batteries quicker. When I had technical question Brad was very quick to answer my emails and it was apparent that no question was a stupid one. The service I have received is of the highest quality. Just because you’ve payed your money does not mean you are forgotten with these guys, they care. Thank you again to Brad and his team in the Service Department.

Went there to check out second hand motorhomes and get some spare parts. Disappointed no second hand and only 3 new vehicles to see at Bassendean. However staff were extremely friendly and helpful with advice and the parts I needed. Have previously been to Bunbury several times for service and they were also of high standard.

14/11/24 - what a well run, friendly and efficient Avan servicing experience! Brad is welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. It seems a very happy work place. Had wheel barings done, tv fixed and various other small jobs - nothing too much trouble for them. Good value and workmanship. Highly recommend this place.

The team at Premier Avan were brilliant and the customer service is wonderful. Our family purchased the Golf 577 Tourer from Levi and his team and have been very helpful.
